I selected this Florist because they had great reviews. They lived up to them. Highly recommended. Easy to order. They did the rest. Flowers were delivered seamlessly to the funeral home. They were stunning. They looked exactly as pictured. I couldn't be happier. Thank you!

The centerpiece was exactly what I ordered and had the freshest of flowers and greens. It is already five days old with no signs of wilting. It's delivery was on time and was definitely a good value. I have used Capital City for many years and they ALWAYS have the best of floral arrangements and service.

I have family in Boise and I've ordered flowers for them from CCF many times. They're always super responsive, attentive and happy to work on any request. The recipients have also loved the arrangements, every picture they've sent me of the bouquets are gorgeous. I'll continue to use CCF as my go to. Thanks for being great to work with!

I ordered a funeral basket for a coworker, whose mom had passed away over the weekend. I was able to pick the day and time of pick up without any problem. Ordered and paid online without any problems. When I picked it up, it was just as it was pictured on the website and the two ladies who got it ready for me made sure it was easy to transport so the big Lily's in the arrangement wouldn't get damaged. Great customer service and care! Thank you! 😊

I have always had great experience with Capital City Florist. I ordered a Thanksgiving centerpiece and it was a hit with everyone. They consistently do a great job. Would not hesitate to recommend for any occasion.

We went to Capital City Florist after seeing a very pretty holiday wreath on their website. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, offering to have one ready for us the next day. The wreath looks beautiful on our front door and is even better than we had hoped!

I ordered flowers for my sister and needed them delivered to a hotel meeting room. This was done expertly and efficiently. The flowers were beautiful and my sister was so happy. I am very happy with Capital City florist. The person that helped me on the telephone was very knowledgeable. I think that this made the delivery Happen correctly.

Flowers were beautiful, just as pictured on the website, and delivered very quickly as I needed them delivered before the school closed at 3pm (even though the order was placed at 8am same day). They were delivered before noon! The online ordering process is very easy. Capital City has been my go to for flowers for the past 5 years maybe more. You won’t be disappointed!!!!

This is a very mixed review. I have been using Capital City Florist for Valentines Day flowers for the past 8 years and they have been wonderful. I always send a dozen red roses and my wife always sends me a picture of what she received at her office. This year the photo she sent wasn’t of a dozen roses (only 3 in the vase), but the card with my message was attached. I contacted Capital City and they were very responsive and had the correct flower arrangement to my wife within an hour. My wife was a little confused when she received the first arrangement, but thought maybe I was just changing things up by not giving her 12 roses. I’m not sure if Capital City would have realized their error if my wife wouldn’t have sent me the picture.
